イラストレーター スウォッチ 登録できない

Illustrator スウォッチ登録について質問します cs3を使っているのですが最近スウォッチに色柄共に登録できません窓の左下に書込み禁止っぽいマークがでており気になるのですが対処法が分かりません この方と.
